Questions
More answers on the Housewire home page.
Is Housewire a good fit for a one- or two-person electrical company?
Yes. It is built first for small residential shops where the owner or lead does the estimating. It runs in the browser on a laptop or tablet, works offline, and needs no CAD or drafting experience.
Can a larger electrical contractor use it?
Yes. It handles plan sets of 50+ pages and duplexes per unit and combined, keeps company price lists and standards on every project, and exports to Excel and CSV. Shared team accounts and cloud sync are planned but not yet available.
